DION with VWA and AFA Group: a long-standing technology partnership at VWAS 2024
As a long-standing technology partner to VWA and AFA Group, DION has contributed to Wealth Intelligence, REFI and Jobi and continued its collaboration at Vietnam Wealth Advisors Summit 2024.

A milestone in an ongoing partnership
Vietnam Wealth Advisors Summit 2024 took place in Hanoi on 6 June 2024 under the theme “Adapting amid constant change”. For Digital Innovation, the event was not an isolated website assignment: it marked another step in a long-standing technology partnership with VWA and AFA Group.
DION’s collaboration spans multiple products and system development needs. Working this way requires understanding the partner’s sector, the purpose of each solution and the importance of collaboration beyond the initial delivery.

From Wealth Intelligence and REFI to Jobi
DION has contributed to the development of several solutions for the partner, including Wealth Intelligence, REFI and Jobi. This experience comes from direct project collaboration, rather than a single interface design or promotional website.
AFA presents Wealth Intelligence in the context of personal finance and investment asset management, while REFI concerns real estate finance and investment. These specialist contexts explain why engineering must connect with business understanding: useful systems need to fit how an organization provides content, services and user interaction.
DION’s role is technology development partner. The programs’ specialist content, brands and business activities remain with the partner; engineering involvement does not imply DION owns these programs.
Supporting Vietnam Wealth Advisors Summit 2024
For VWAS 2024, DION developed the event website at vwa.vir.com.vn, supporting communication between the forum and audiences interested in financial advice. The website was one part of the technology collaboration, not its entire story.
At the summit, Nguyễn Trọng Hùng met Nguyễn Minh Tuấn, CEO of AFA Capital. The supplied photographs document connections between engineering and financial expertise—capabilities that need to work together to make digital products relevant to real needs.
The value of a long-term technology partner
An ongoing relationship helps teams understand implementation contexts, collaborate effectively and carry experience between projects. DION’s value is not the number of websites delivered, but the ability to work with customers on problems and products that serve a clear operational purpose.
The partnership with VWA and AFA Group reflects this approach: connecting software capabilities with specialist work, drawing on practical delivery experience and continuing to develop with the partner. VWAS 2024 represents a milestone in that journey.
