Over 2.5 million participations in a law competition on DION’s Learnify-based platform

The Ministry of Justice’s Constitution and law competition recorded 2,584,819 participations on the legal education system developed by DION using Learnify.

A milestone of 2,584,819 participations

In its update dated 5 October 2026, Vietnam’s Ministry of Justice reported that the online Constitution and law competition on the National Legal Portal had concluded after 45 days, recording 2,584,819 participations. The tally covers activity through 3 October 2026—more than 2.5 million competition entries online.

DION developed the legal education system supporting the competition, using Learnify as its technology foundation. For our team, the milestone is more than a number: it places a DION product within a nationwide learning initiative addressing a real community need.

Applying Learnify to a public learning challenge

DION adapted its learning and training platform to a legal education context, where specialist material needs to become an approachable experience. Such a system is more than an information website: it connects participants with opportunities to explore and test their knowledge.

DION’s role is technology development; the Ministry of Justice organizes the competition. Bringing legal expertise and software engineering together supports a more accessible channel through which people can take an active role in learning online.

Reaching communities nationwide

The Ministry reported participation from all 34 provinces and centrally governed cities and all 54 ethnic groups. That breadth illustrates why digital legal education matters: it provides another route to knowledge for diverse communities, not only audiences in major cities.

The published measure is participations, not unique users. DION retains that distinction to describe the result accurately and recognizes the work of institutions and local organizations in communicating the competition and helping people take part.
