GeneSkin AI wins first prize at VISI Demo Day 2025 and secures an investment commitment

GeneSkin AI, co-founded by Digital Innovation, marked a milestone at VISI Demo Day 2025 with first prize and an early-stage investment agreement.

GeneSkin AI joined VISI Demo Day at Vietnam National University, Hanoi on 31 May 2025. DION’s team records report that the project won first prize. VISI separately confirms that GeneSkin AI was one of two teams receiving investment commitments after Demo Day.

The investment agreement and its significance

According to information supplied by DION, the agreement was VND 50 million for a 1% equity stake, implying a VND 5 billion post-money valuation at the seed stage. These are the recorded agreement terms, not a claim that the investment has been fully disbursed.
